iPhone 5 Screen May Grow to 4-inches

In terms of screen resolution, the iPhone 4 is near tops in the smartphone category. In terms of screen size, however, the iPhone of any generation has fallen behind in the "bigger is better" race that happens to so many consumer products.
Still, anyone who has seen some of the newer Android phones with their screen sizes upwards of 4-inches will tell you that the added size is appreciated. According to Digitimes, Apple will be joining in on the 4-incher party when it releases the iPhone 5.
Given Steve Jobs' comments against having a 7-inch iPad, it could make sense to grow the iPhone slightly to close the gap between the phone and tablet offerings. This would make even more sense if Apple were to release an even smaller, cheaper iPhone option to supplement the next, bigger iPhone.
